چکیده
Global climate change, causing large parts of the world to become drier with longer drought periods, severely affects production common beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). In beans, adapted moderate climates, exposure drought/heat stress not only results significant reduction yield but also nutritional value. This review explores contribution nutrient security as well health. Also discussed existing knowledge impact stress, associated a changing climate, specifically on iron (Fe) phytic acid (PA) that are both among important mineral anti-nutritional compounds found beans. Further how application modern “omics” tools contributes higher tolerance Fe reduced PA content. Finally, possible future actions develop new varieties improved
